  • To maximize session productivity and save you time and money, we ask clients to arrange for childcare, forward phone calls and delay visitors
  • Please no smoking during work sessions
  • Session productivity is highest in 3-hour blocks of time
  • Cancellations made less than 24-hours require a $50 cancellation fee
  • Client is required to assist with all work sessions, unless special arrangements have been made


  • Fifteen minutes is required at the end of each session for payment and the scheduling of the next session (billable hours - arrival to departure)
  • Payment form - check, money order or cash (returned checks require a $35 charge plus any additional overdraft charges)
  • Clients pay for any and all agreed-upon project supplies/materials
